There is too much violence on animals, this should stop. I sprayed with Photoshop “NO COUNTRY FOR OLD DOGS” onto al old wall in Alcamo (Trapani’s province). Nowadays animal welfare is at risk in many parts of the world and often animals and even pets do not receive the care and the respect they deserve.

I live near Pisa and more often than not I meet dog owners who tell me their stories of how they saved a dog coming from – inevitably – some region in the South of Italy, chiefly Sicily and Puglia, where dogs are easily abandoned at the occurrence of a problem that is difficult or expensive to solve (such as, an ageing dog…)
